Three Days of Knowledge, Hands-On Experience and Inspiration for the Future of the Wrap Industry, Powered by Avery Dennison
Over the past three days, we had the opportunity to welcome three different groups of participants, all united by one common goal – to learn, test new materials and technologies, and contribute to the advancement of the wrap industry.
In collaboration with Avery Dennison, their expert Dariusz Tondera, and certified wrap trainer Mariusz Makowski, the Forma Purus facility was transformed into an interactive learning environment focused on education, knowledge sharing, and hands-on experience.
The programme brought together various stakeholders from across the industry – employees of Fortuna Digital Group, customers from Croatia, Slovenia, and Bosnia & Herzegovina, as well as students from the Zagreb School of Crafts and Industrial Construction. For many of them, this was an opportunity to explore the latest trends and technologies in film application and vehicle wrapping.
From Material Selection to Final Application
Throughout the training, participants had the opportunity to experience the entire workflow – from selecting the right materials and preparing graphics to mastering application techniques and solving real-life challenges faced by professionals in the field every day.
Particular emphasis was placed on working with premium Avery Dennison materials, including:
- MPI 2004 EA
- MPI 1104 EA PW
- Supreme Wrapping Film
- MPI 2804 EA – the latest generation of print media
Through practical demonstrations and hands-on exercises, participants were able to experience the performance of each material firsthand and learn how to achieve optimal results in demanding projects.
HP Latex Technology Supporting Quality and Sustainability
All materials used during the training were printed on an HP Latex 800W printer using water-based inks, demonstrating how outstanding print quality, high productivity, and a more responsible approach to digital printing can successfully go hand in hand.
The combination of HP Latex technology and Avery Dennison films clearly demonstrated why these solutions remain among the preferred choices of professionals in visual communications and vehicle wrapping.

More Than Just Training
What made these three days truly special was not only the high level of interest from participants but also the atmosphere created throughout the workshops. Questions, hands-on practice, knowledge exchange, and open discussions highlighted the importance of continuous learning and professional development.
We were particularly pleased to see experienced professionals, partners, and future industry experts come together in one place, creating valuable connections and exchanging insights that contribute to the growth of the entire industry.
Thank You to All Partners and Participants
A special thank you to Avery Dennison for their support and partnership, to Dariusz Tondera and Mariusz Makowski for sharing their expertise and experience, and to Forma Purus for being an outstanding host.
This event was much more than a professional training programme. It was a strong reminder that the future of the wrap industry is built through collaboration, innovation, and continuous education.
Judging by the enthusiasm and feedback from participants, this is a concept we are excited to continue developing in the future.
